Built NoteCoach (internal app), used by 500 executives (CEO, VPs, MDs, etc.), to AI-grade Bullhorn notes and show role-based dashboards, trends, and search. Shipped it with the global TIC Corp team utilizing Next.js, SSO/JWT, and Microsoft Graph org hierarchy. Did the system design and led development of HireNext, a recruiter portal for managing job application pipeline. Implemented plan limits and cost controls with PostgreSQL triggers/RPCs, atomic credit transactions + ledger, idempotent AI actions, and IP-based rate limiting for app security.

Developed Prompt Explorer app to benchmark LLMs from 3 major providers (OpenAI/Anthropic/ Gemini) on proprietary data. Achieved 85% query resolution rate for agentic chatbots utilizing RAG, MCP, & PEFT techniques (LoRA/QLoRA). Reduced LLM API costs by 60% across AI apps by optimizing token usage with LLM Vision, saving $1,000+ annually.

Secured 1st position on completing 16 weeks of Data Science & AI/ML training. Implemented 5 capstone projects executing end-to-end Data Science pipeline (ETL, ML modeling, evaluation & deployment). Developed ReplyMind, an AI-powered Chrome Extension to grow social engagement on LinkedIn, X, & Product Hunt. Published the Extension on Chrome Webstore and acquired 1,000+ active users with 4.9/5 rating to date. Achieved two times 2nd Product of the day on Product Hunt and acquired 500+ paid users from AppSumo campaign.

Contributed to BYDO Academy (a virtual learning school) and Uposorgo (real-time doctor consultation & healthcare service). Both the Android applications were published in Google Playstore and currently have 1,000+ downloads and 4.5+ rating each.
